WHAT IS THE WELCOME RETREAT?

A two day, overnight retreat beginning Saturday morning and ending Sunday afternoon.  It is an experience that helps you discover what is missing in your life and what to do about it; an experience you will long remember as a defining moment in your life; an experience that may help you find the joy and happiness you are seeking.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE WEEKEND?

Prayer, reflection, and discussion.

Participants will hear from members of the hosting team who will share stories about their personal journeys related to the topic of their talk.  The retreat is a time for community building and spiritual growth – interacting with faith-filled individuals to hear their stories, their walk with Christ, and why their faith is important to them.  Each participant can share as little or as much as you want. 

Group Rosary, Stations of the Cross, Mass, Reconciliation, and Adoration are included on the weekend. 

The weekend begins at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and concludes at about 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

WHO MAY ATTEND?

                  Any adult, 18 or older and out of high school, Catholic or non-Catholic, registered member or associated with one of the Catholic parishes in Jasper/Ireland in any way is eligible to attend a WELCOME weekend.
